The incorporation of this web-site – either as a whole or partially – i.e. by referring of individual pages within frames which do not make recognisable the individuality of our pages, is not allowed without the previous permission of the association.

Rights of third parties

Should on this home page texts or graphics have been used which fall under any copy right or which injure the rights of third parties, despite conscientious checking, has this been done without any intention. Please inform us if you have found any resp. contents. The mentioning of companies and of trade marks has been done without checking any probable rights. Because of a missing advise regarding a trade mark or copy right one cannot draw the conclusion that those names and/or trade marks might be free from the rights of third parties.

We do not take over responsibility whether or not any remarks in our internet pages, especially the naming of companies and institutions are correct. Exclusion of any responsibility

The State Court of Hamburg, Germany, with its verdict of 12th of May, 1998, decided that when applying a link to other pages, said contents have to be the responsibility of the makers as well. It further degreed that this can only be avoided by explicitly distancing themselves from the contents of said pages and explicitly declare that one does not have any influence on the contents of said pages. We therefore explicitly distance ourselves from any pages we have made a link to and declare that the contents of said pages are not our own and are not controlled by us. Such declaration is true for all links appearing on our pages and are also true for the contents of all those pages, said links are leading to.

We’d like to mention that in case, contrary to expectations, those pages to which our links are leading have contents which common law or to offend common decency we ask you to let us know this in order for us to take appropriate steps.

As per § 5, sect. 1 TDG, we are exclusively responsible only for our own contents. For links to foreign contents of third parties we can be made responsible as per § 5, sect. 2 TDG, only should we have had positive knowledge of any unlawful or punishable content and it is technically possible and reasonably expected to prevent the use of it. We are also not obliged the in regularly intervals check the contents of pages of third parties of its unlawful content or punishable state. However, as soon as we learn about the unlawful content of any web-site from a third party, we shall remove said link from our web-site at once. Furthermore, we’d like to explicitly mention that we do not have any influence on the contents of any web-site linked to us. We therefore explicitly distance ourselves from the contents of all linked pages on the entire web-site incl. of all sub-pages. This declaration is valid for all links and flags at our homepage and leading to any page.
